STEP 1 — Whisk Eggs with Milk & Spices

Crack two eggs into a bowl. Whisk eggs until smooth. Then add the milk and whisk again.

Add doner kebab spice to the egg mixture and combine well, using a whisk or fork.

STEP 2 — Cook Egg Mixture

In a non-stick pan or skillet, on medium heat, melt butter and ensure the entire bottom of the pan is coated in butter.

Pour in the egg mixture. Allow the egg mix to cook for several minutes (about 4 or 5 min), on low-medium heat until the egg has set.

STEP 3 — Add Toppings

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over top of the cooked egg. Arrange the toppings (diced tomato and red onion) over top of the cheese.
