- Lobster — two lobster tails
- Mussels — a pound of mussels, or you can use fewer.

STEP 1 – Cook Linguini and Make Sauce
Melt butter in a medium hot skillet on the stovetop. When the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and let sauté a few minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped green onions and tomatoes. Sauté for a minute or two.
Add the herbs. We use parsley here but you can substitute with cilantro or others if you prefer.
Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce, if using. Mix well and set aside.
STEP 2 – Bake Shellfish
In an oven safe baking dish, add the mussels and shrimp. Pour the tomato and herb sauce over top of the mussels and shrimp. We love this divided baking dish, but you can use two baking dishes.

Use a pair of kitchen scissors to cut the back shell of the lobster tails.

Pull the lobster meat up and over top of the shell.
Pour melted butter and seasoning (Old Bay or All Purpose seasoning are good options or some Cajun if you love spicy food!) over top of the lobster tails. Choose an oven safe mini casserole dish to bake the lobster in.

Put the lobster tails, mussels, and shrimp in the preheated oven. Allow to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the shrimp and lobster reaches 135-140℉ and the mussels shells open up. Ensure the seafood is cooked to the safe internal temperatures, using a digital meat thermometer inserted into the thickest parts of the seafood.
Discard any mussels that did not open.
NOTE: As ovens vary and the sizes of your shrimp and lobster tails may vary, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
STEP 3 – Combine Linguini, Shellfish and Sauce
Place the cooked and drained linguini into a large bowl.
Add the cooked lobster tails (cut in half lengthwise), mussels, and shrimp along with the butter herb sauce, to the bowl with linguini.

Use large wooden utensils to toss the linguini and shellfish with the butter herb sauce. Mix well to ensure that the linguini is fully coated with the sauce.
