- Milk – we use regular 2% milk.
- Chicken Broth – homemade or store-bought chicken broth.
- Flour – all-purpose flour

Step 2: Make the Sauce
For the sauce, begin by making a roux on the stovetop. In a skillet on medium heat, melt butter.

Add the flour and use a silicone whisk to whisk the flour with the butter until the mixture is smooth with no lumps.

Pour in the milk and chicken broth and continue to whisk until a smooth sauce is achieved.

Next, add in the room temperature cream cheese and Olive Garden dressing. Whisk again to ensure the sauce is smooth, with the cream cheese fully mixed in without lumps.

Add the cooked and shredded bite-sized pieces of rotisserie chicken to the sauce.
