Ingredients
Lobster Salad Sandwich Filling
- 1 Cup Lobster Meat, chopped in bite sized pieces, about ½ inch
- ⅛ Cup Labneh
- ⅛ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- ½ teaspoon Hot Sauce, optional
- ¼ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper, or to taste
Bread and Toppings
- 2 Slices Carbonaut Bread, can sub other bread
- 2 Pieces Lettuce Leaves
Instructions
- Chop lobster meat in bite sized pieces and place in a medium sized bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix well to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
- Top a bread slice with lettuce and follow with the lobster salad filling.
