  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

  • Boil a large size, 3 quarts, pot of water. Shred the cabbage into fine strips and place it in a colander.

  • Put the colander in the sink and evenly pour the hot water over the cabbage to make it soft. Then pour a pitcher of cold water over the cabbage to cool it down (so you can touch it). Next break up the cabbage by kneading it using you hands.
