Homemade doner kebab salad (kebabsallad) is the perfect satisfying and low carb meal with all of the kebab shop flavors you love.

homemade doner kebab salad presentation kebabsallad

Not an ordinary salad, this one’s so good with homemade Instant Pot doner kebab on top of fresh lettuce and sliced veggies.

Take it up a level in spiciness, with hot peppers, both pepperoncini (or ideally Lombardi if you can find them) and hot banana pickled peppers if you like.

It’s especially savory with sliced red onions and a drizzle of both kebab sauces — red doner kebab chili sauce and white doner kebab sauce.

This is an especially hearty salad, with the doner kebab meat, two sauces and loaded with vegetables.

We also love to make kebab shop Turkish red cabbage salad for another low carb and satisfying salad.
